Your son should bring a note of explanation on the day he returns to College. If your son is late Senior and High school students are to report to Student Services as soon as they arrive at College. Student Services will issue a late pass to be shown to the class teacher. Junior School students sign the late register and report to class. All late arrivals must be explained by parents/guardians with either a note, email or via phone. If your son has an appointment during school hours High school students present a note to Student Services in the morning, to obtain their leave pass. Junior School students present a note to their class teacher. All students that are being picked up early from school then report to Reception to be collected by their parent/guardian, who sign the Student Collection Register.

2019 Inspired by the charism of Edmund Rice the St Edmund s College Foundation was established to give financial assistance to marginalised or disadvantaged families so that the cost of educating their sons would be alleviated. Since its inception in 1988 the Foundation has supported the education of over 100 young men at St Edmund s College. We aim to support families: Who are experiencing financial barriers that may limit their ability to provide an Edmund Rice Education for their sons. Provide appropriate fee relief to ensure the boys have the quality education that they deserve. At times tragedy may affect families and during these times of crisis, the Foundation will look to offer support where possible so students are able continue their education at St Edmund s College without disruption. Your donation to the Foundation will enable families in need of help in educating their sons leaving a lasting legacy that will benefit current students as well as students for generations to come.
