Regular meetings include: Plant Judging 7:15pm Speaker for October will be Dann Dunst an orchid expert in many genera, speaking on Vandas. This is a program to invite all your friends and other interested persons to hear. Mr. Dunst has been a featured speaker in the past and never a disappointment. Don t miss this program. **Other news or things to keep in mind. We will be having a AOS show at Goobler s Orchid Growers in Landers, CA on October 7, 2018 for the 23 rd annual Morongo Orchid Festival (address 2200 Belfield Blvd Landers, CA.) We have been asked to host this show at their annual event. We will be setting up the day before on Friday October 6 from 1 pm to 5 pm. Your help would be appreciated. We will be taking plant entries on that day and Saturday from 8 am 9:30 am with judging starting at 10 am. We need you and your plants to make this a success. If you have plants and can t deliver them, Tom Gibbs our president will be glad to get them to the show for you just let him know cell-(619)888-8230 or email: TBG070@verizon.net The Floral Designs will be provided by the Garden and Floral Designers Guild.
