Son or Daughter of the employee working in that particular institution. 3. Employee of that particular Institution. 4. The Employee should have a minimum of 6 months experience in that particular Institution and presently working in the same Institution (Proof to be produced) Candidates should have MBBS / BDS Degree recognized by the MCI / DCI. Candidates should complete Internship by 31-03-2019. Must have registered with Medical Council / Dental Council and Original Certificate with MCI/DCI/State Medical Council/ State Dental Council should be submitted. 4

Note: If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or concealed any relevant information such candidate is liable to be disqualified for admission and in case already admitted, the admission will be cancelled. Further disciplinary action against him/her will be taken by the University/respective institution. Legal issues if any shall be under the High Court of Judicature for the State of Andhra Pradesh. Private AP PG Medical 2019 Online Application PROCEDURE TO APPLICATION 1. Open the website Home page displayed as follows. 2. Click on the Online Registration. 3. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details to register. 4. After entering the details click on validate button. 5. If all the details you entered is correct, You will receive the Registration number. Please Note the Registration number for further correspondence. 6. Then enter Testing Id and the Registration number for updating the details of the candidate and click on Validate Button. 7

8. After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data you entered is correct. Then click on Save and Pay Button to proceed for payment. Once paid you will not get any refund. Hence, you are requested to double check the eligibility conditions yourself and pay the fee. 9

You will get your filled application form take printout of this form and affix a recent passport size photo on the space provided and submit the form at the time of certificate verification. 10

Sample of Filled Application Do's and Don'ts Do not use mobiles and tablets to Apply. Use only computers with Internet Explorer 11 version. Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action. Avoid using slow internet facility. Keep your mobile with you while Applying and do not block SMS. The candidate should paste a passport size photograph which is similar to that applied for NEET-PG 2019 / NEET MDS 2019 in the space provided in the print out of online application form and submit at the time of original certificates verification. 11

Registration Fee: The registration fee is Rs.3500/- + 18% GST (Rs.4130)(Bank transaction charges extra). Verification Fee for candidates studied outside the AP/TS Note: State and Abroad: Verification Fee: In addition to the above said registration fee the candidates who acquired their Under Graduate Degree outside the State or Country/Abroad and got their certificates registered with Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India and applying for admission into Post Graduate Medical/Dental Degree/Diploma courses under this University, shall pay a verification fee of Rs.7,000/- + 18% GST for Degree certificates acquired Abroad and Rs.3,000/- + 18% GST for the Degrees acquired by the candidates from the States other than Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. The candidate should sign at the declaration area in the print out of the online application form to be submitted at the time of verification of original certificates. Verification of Original Certificates: The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled - in online application form along with two sets of attested copies of required certificates at the verification centre, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. The candidates shall pay Rs.2500/- + 18% GST (Rs.2950/- ) as Processing Fee. The candidature of the applicant will not be considered for admission to PG Degree / Diploma / MDS courses unless the print-out application form along with the requisite enclosures is submitted at the time of verification of original certificates. Merit Lists: The Merit Position of the candidates those who applied through online in response to the notification issued by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences for Management Quota Seats shall be determined 12

by NEET PG 2019/ NEET MDS 2019 scores and as per their eligibility criteria, applicable regulations, guidelines viz: As per PG Medical / Dental Regulations of Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India, the candidates who secure minimum of marks notified by the NBE. The University will release final merit position of eligible candidates for exercising web options after verification of original certificates at the verification centre, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. Management Quota Seats (as per G.O.Ms.No.70, HM&FW (C1) Dept., Dt: 03-05- 2017 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.75, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated 05-05-2017: 50% of Seats in each speciality in each college are Management Quota Seats. The Management Quota Seats are categorised into Management Quota Sub Category 1 25%, Management Quota Sub Category 2 (NRI/NRI Sponsored) 15% and Management Quota Sub Category 3 (Institutional Preference) 10%. For Management Quota Sub Category 1 (25%). Candidates from all the states and union territories of India are eligible. For Management Quota Sub Category 2 (15% of total intake): shall be filled with Foreign students, NRI candidates and NRI sponsored candidates on the basis of interse-merit among the applicants qualified in NEET PG / MDS-2019. For Management Quota Sub Category 3 (10% of total intake): shall be filled with the candidates sponsored by the Managements of the Private Un Aided Non Minority Medical / Dental Colleges having Post Graduate Course in the State of Andhra Pradesh as per the orders of Hon ble Division Bench of High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P.M.P.No.20965 of 2017 in W.P.No.17118 of 2017. The candidates shall submit institutional Sponsorship letter from one college only. 13
