What is Florida? A co-operative A training centre An educational project

History of Florida Florida is a worker co-operative located in the Valencia Region (Spain). It was founded in the middle of the 1970 s, when a group of professionals with a vocation for education and training decided to start a cooperative initiative. Nowadays we are a group of more than 200 professionals working in a campus (of 26,869 square metres) with 6 buildings and more than 3,500 students per year. At FLORIDA we believe in people and their professional commitment, and this is why all the workers can participate and take decisions in their role as members of the co-operative.

Florida s Mission Our MISSION is the education and training of individuals, with special emphasis on developing their initiative, autonomy and personal growth, in order to ensure their full integration into work and society.
