Approval of Financial Report It is recommended that the board approve the financial report for the month ending July 31, 2015. c. Approval of Service Contract with Preble County Education Service Center It is recommended that the board enter into a professional development consortium contract with Preble County Educational Service Center for a total cost of $2,961.00 for the 2015-16 school year. d. OSBA Annual Business Meeting Approval of the delegate and the alternate to the 2015 OSBA Annual Business Meeting on November 9, 2015.
