11. Grievance Redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and student Grievance of any individual (Faculty, Staff and Student) will be retrieved immediately by their immediate superior. Students grievances are understood retrieved, by the Principal himself in consultation with top management, or else will be operated with a team of faculty members to discuss and help the students to overcome the grievances.
