The Law Librarian Yamhill County seeks a qualified Law Librarian who will be responsible for opening the Law Library during certain hours and performing relevant library functions. Duties including managing the maintenance and operation of the County Law Library including performing and supervising all library functions and related work as required. YAMHILL COUNTY - Law Librarian The Qualifications The position requires a Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with some course work in research and two years experience in legal research. A Master s degree and related experience in a law library, particularly with strong reference experience is preferred. Any satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience relevant to the position will be considered. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have strong research and reference skills, relevant work experience in a library; preferably a law library, a strong service orientation, the ability to work within a research-oriented environment with interest in new and emerging technologies.
