Background of the BIPARD MGNREGS Training The apex training institute of Public Administration and Rural Development, BIPARD awarded this mandate to IL&FS Education basis RFP and Quality Cost Based Selection process. The key project deliverables under BIPARD MGNREGS training are: Training Need Assessment, TNA Simple, modular, work flow based Bihar specific MGNREGS Training material Illustrative IEC material Implementation of training in all the 38 districts Monitoring & Documentation
Training Need Assessment Conducted By IETS (06 Feb-16 Feb 2012) 5 Districts (Siwan, Madhubani, Arwal, Katihar, Nalanda) 2 Blocks per District /3 GPs per block Sample Size covered 750 TNA Report submitted to BIPARD/RDD

IETS to conduct training at Facilitation at Districts /Block Divisional level for Program Officers District level for ZP members Block level for BLO/PRS/Mukhiya and Ward members *in consultation with district authorities and BIPARD BIPARD is in process of issuance of a formal communication to District authorities for the same IETS to interact with the District officials and designated nodal officials for necessary support District to issue necessary communication to ensure participation IETS district level team would work in close coordination with nodal officials for finalization of the district schedule As advised by RDD/BIPARD this program is mandatory
