Returning Hawk Leader Application Information 2017-2018 We are so glad you have decided to apply again to be a Hawk Leader for the 2017-18 school year. As you know, this is a responsibility that you should not take lightly, so before you complete and turn in your application, please read through the following information thoroughly to ensure you still want to apply!! This is a very serious commitment, not only on your time, but in your daily actions, attitudes and behaviors. We need positive role models to represent our Hawk Leader Program and if you cannot commit to that, you should think twice before you apply! In order to apply, you will need to fill out the 2-page application below, as well as provide a referral form from your 2016-17 Exec AND the teacher in whose classroom you mentored. Below are 2017 dates and events that are REQUIRED & MANDATORY to attend as a Hawk Leader; please make sure you are available to attend these events BEFORE you apply. Also, make sure to put these dates on your calendar prior to turning in your application! If you are unable to attend any of these, please DO NOT apply.
