PRIVACY COLLECTION NOTICE 1. The Fees timeline each year will be: a. At the School Board AGM in November the fees will be announced to the community. b. The School Administrative Officer will prepare and issue a Fees and Charges Statement to each family by the end of Week Three Term One. c. Parents will have the following options for making payment: i Option 1: One payment in full by the end of March. ii Option 2: Four equal payments by the end of March, May, September and November. iii Option 3: Regular payment plan of weekly, fortnightly or monthly. To be paid in full by end of November. iv Other options may be considered by the Principal upon application of the parent after financial circumstances have been reviewed. 16. Building Levy: To help meet the loan commitment of the school the St Lawrence School Board has established a Building Levy of $270.00 per family per year. Incursion/Excursion Fee: Over the school year children attend educational excursions that require payment and visits by entertainers, coaching clinics etc. To avoid the inconvenience and unexpected expense for families, each family is charged $55.00 (PP-Yr6) & $20.00 (K) per child per year. Each class teacher is provided with an annual per capita excursion budget, which covers all educational excursions (except Yr 5 & 6 camp), visits by entertainers and coaching clinics.
