Applicants can submit their applications either directly to the Controller of Examinations, Distance Education Examination or through the centre in which they have enrolled. Last date for submission of applications The last date for payment of examinations fee and submission of application by the candidates without penalty 15.04.2019 and with penalty (Rs. 50 per day) is 25.04.2019 respectively. Remittance of the fee The fees may be paid in any branch of Indian Bank through Bank Challan (downloaded from the website) and should be sent along with the duly filled in application form along with all necessary enclosures to the Controller of Examinations.
