Page3 Introduction Eligibility Eligibility criteria for the PG Admissions of the University of Mysore is given below: 1) All the students who have applied for PG Entrance Exam and who have written at least one of the applied PG Entrance Exams Conducted by the University of Mysore are eligible for Applying for PG Admissions in the University of Mysore 2) All the students who have applied for PG Entrance Exam but not written any one of the PG Entrance Exam Conducted by the University of Mysore are not eligible for PG Admissions Procedure for Applying PG Admissions Online Step 1: Login to Application 1) For Online PG Admission in University of Mysore, Please use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome or Internet Explorer browser and enter the website address given below: http://pgadmissions.uni-mysore.ac.in/ 2) As soon as the user visits this page, the user needs to click on the link ONLINE ADMISSIONS APPLICATION ***NOTE: Please go through the Online Admissions Procedure Once before Applying for PG Admissions Online
Page4 3) It will be redirected to the Login Page of PG Admission Application Online. Then the User Should enter the Username and Password which were used earlier for PG Entrance Exam Application ***NOTE: 1) Please use the Username & Password that was used for PG Entrance Exam Application Registration 2) If the User Forgets/Losses the Password then clicking on Reset Password will Resend the Password to the Email ID registered during PG Entrance Exam Registration Step 2: Apply for Admissions 4) Once the User logs in the user dashboard will be displayed with the username. Then the user should click on Apply for Admissions 5) Once the User clicks on Apply for Admissions, then the User PG Entrance Exam Application Details will be displayed
Page5 6) The user should fill all the *Mandatory fields in the Details Section of the admission form and in order to Claim seat under the given categories list the user need to check required categories 7) The user should enter at least one subject marks in the Qualifying Marks Section 8) After entering Qualifying Exam Marks, user should click on Calculate for Percentage Calculation
Page6 9) Coming to the Institution Selection Section, the user applied subjects in PG Entrance Exam Application will be displayed in tabs (Each Subject in a Separate tab) a) The User should enter the Qualifying Subject and Marks Percentage of each Applied Subject. b) Entrance Exam Marks will be displayed from PG Entrance Exam Results of that particular user c) The Total Percentage for each Subject will be calculated basing on the Marks Percentage and Entrance Exam Marks in Each Subject d) The user should select the Admission Centers one by one basing on their required priority order 10) The user should Repeat the Steps from a) to d) for each applied subject and then click on Save Details 11) As Soon as the user clicks on Save Details the following Confirmation Screen will be Displayed Then The User should click on Ok to Proceed
Page7 Step 3: Admissions Preview 12) Now the user will be Redirected to Show Admission Page and the Details were displayed in this page in 3 separate tabs as shown below (Candidate Details, Academic Details, Fee Details) a) Candidate Details: In the Candidate Details Tab the User Can view Candidate Details like Register No., Gender, Admission Ticket No., Name of the User, Name of the Parent, Date of Birth, Category, etc b) Academic Details: In the Academic Details tab the user can view Academic Details like Guardian Occupation, Annual Income, Qualifying Course Duration, Qualifying Exam Marks Details, etc...
Page8 c) Fee Details: In Fee Details Tab, User Can view Details like No. of Courses Applied & Total Amount to Pay 13) In the Preferred Institutions Section the Admission Centers of each applied subjects in their respective selected order will be displayed in a separate tab 14) After Previewing the Admission Details the user can click on Payment Button for Fee Payment
Page9 15) Clicking on Payment will redirect to Terms & Conditions Page where the user should read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly before selecting the checkbox for I Agree Terms and Conditions and then Click on Proceed Step 4: Payment Gateway 16) After clicking on Proceed the user will be redirected to E-Payment Page where the user should read the Terms & Conditions thoroughly before selecting the checkbox for I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above and then Click on Proceed
Page10 17) Select the Payment Category as ADMISSION APPLICATION FEES (PG COURSES) 18) Fill in all the *Mandatory Fields highlighted with an *, enter the ADMISSION TICKET NO (HALL TICKET NO) from the Candidate Details in Admission Application and then click on Submit
Page11 19) Once Verify all the Details and confirm the Transaction by clicking on Confirm Button 20) Once the User clicks on Confirm then the user will be redirected to Fee Payment Mode Page (State Bank MOPS) and the Fee Payment can be Done in any one of the following 2 Modes: a) Internet Banking (State Bank and Other Banks) b) Card Payments (Credit/Debit Cards)
Page12 21) When the User Selects State Bank of India Internet Banking then the following Page will be Displayed and the User Should Pay the Fee Using SBI Internet Banking Login Credentials 22) When the user selects Other Banks Internet Banking, then the following page will be displayed and the user should Pay the fee by selecting any one of the Banks from the Listed Banks and clicking on Make Payment button (Use the Selected Bank Internet Banking Login Credentials)
Page13 23) When the user selects Card Payments, the following page will be displayed and the user Should pay the fee by clicking on Pay button after filling all the required Card Details 24) Once the Payment is done the user will be redirected to the user dashboard -------------------------- THANK YOU --------------------------
