February 11, 2019 To: Board of Supervisors (BOS) From: Sherry Timmins, Policy and Administration Specialist Re: Outcome - Witwer Trust Grant Applicants for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Cc: Darrin Gage, Director, Policy and Administration Discussion and approval Funding for FY 19 Witwer Trust applications - for discussion, Monday, February 11 Final approval - consent agenda, Wednesday, February 13 Supervisor funding allotments 37 applicants moved forward from Round 1 to Round 2 (an applicant must have received a composite score of 60 or greater following Round 1 review) Using the $80,000 available, each Supervisor allotted a specific amount to each Round 2 applicant Averaged allotment The total allotment amount made to each applicant was then averaged.
