Recruitment of Assistant Director of Education START DATE: JANUARY 2019 (OR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THEREAFTER) LOCATION: FLEXIBLE (Europe) NACE Schools is a leading provider of premium international K-12 education, with 34 schools in Western Europe and India. The successful applicant will have a proven track record at school leadership and management level, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team, providing strategic direction to build upon current provision and ensure future development and success of our schools. The Assistant Director will report to the Chief Education Officer. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key NACE stakeholders, and other education providers Carry out evaluations of designated NACE Schools based on internal quality assurance frameworks, providing reports to the Chief Education Officer, as appropriate or requested Lead and manage school improvement processes across designated European NACE Schools Lead and manage new educational projects across designated NACE Schools as appropriate or requested Maintain and analyse relevant school data and statistics as appropriate Represent NACE Schools at key educational events and conferences Provide support to schools in the organisation of NACE international events Support designated NACE Schools in preparation for school inspections
