ACT I THE GOLD STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE IN DENTISTRY. BETTER PRACTICE. BETTER LIFE.

GROW YOUR PRACTICE CONTROL YOUR SCHEDULE TO KEEP IT FULL MEASURABLE INCREASE IN PROFITABILITY REFINE YOUR CLINICAL TIME TO WORK THE HOURS YOU WANT #1 TRUSTED NAME IN PRACTICE CONSULTING DECREASE STRESS WITH SYSTEMS FOR HIGH PREDICTABILITY GET THE FUN BACK TEAM CHEMISTRY COACHING THAT GETS RESULTS GET YOUR LIFE BACK Voted a Top Leader in Dentistry 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 by Dentistry Today.

WHY ACT DENTAL? ACT Dental Practice Coaching knows how to get your practice to perform at its pinnacle. Our experience tells us that big profits in dentistry are the byproduct of an exceptional business. Our goal is to find out what s important to you, your practice, and your life and build a coaching strategy around your vision. Implement systems and accountability to increase new patient growth. Work the clinical hours that fit your life goals. Many of our practices design work hours that give them the best life and we help them build a practice around that. One of the biggest challenges that dentists have is creating authentic chemistry with their teams. ACT Dental provides proven methods to help you find, keep, and grow the right people. Greater predictability in daily operations In-depth financial/producer reporting and analysis for you and your team to substantially improve your practice. Many of our practices train extensively with Seattle Study Club, Spear Education, The Kois Center, the Pankey Institute, the Dawson Academy and LVI among many more. In the ACT community you are consistently surrounded with the very best dental practices in North America. With the right people, you can produce twice as much in half the time with a quarter of the stress. - KIRK BEHRENDT

WHY IS ACT DENTAL DIFFERENT FROM DENTAL CONSULTING? The reality is this: ACT Dental offers an elegant balance of both coaching AND consulting. Most clients come to us with a wide variety of strengths, challenges, desires, and also obstacles to work through. Our experienced coaching team is prepared to use whatever tools are necessary and most appropriate for different personality types, leadership styles, behaviors, and desired outcomes. Just as no one dental material can be used to restore all teeth, there is not one theory or methodology that can be used to address all issues with all clients. We are proud to have coaches that have developed strong skills in both dental coaching and dental consulting, and experience tells us over and over again that the greatest changes occur for our clients when they embrace the coaching opportunities that we offer. Dental Consulting will help to define Policies and Systems and to ensure that your practice is efficient and well organized. However, it is in the coaching that your heart and mind can open to unlimited possibility and potential. Our intention is that every team and practice that we work with can become the very best version of themselves in the process. Does that come about through our coaching or our consulting? At the end of the day, most will say that sustained positive change occurred through a delightful balance of both.

OUR COACHING PHILOSOPHY It s important to us that we stay connected, and we want you to know our concern for your success is continuous. That s why our attention to your progress goes well beyond the end of the seminar, or the last words of the coaching session. Your Lead Coach will follow up each month by phone, monitoring the financial aspects, system development, and communications within your office. Our financial monitoring will continuously analyze all elements of your profitability, solvency, business systems, financial organization, and time management. Our team will help you maintain the highest principles of leadership, team development, clinical systems, hiring, and administrative decision-making.

THE GAME PLAN ACT I is a customized program designed specifically to address what your practice needs. Each month you will be tasked with working through the policies & systems, goals, and learning required to successfully accomplish the objectives set forth. Your coach will guide you and provide the support you and your team will need to master your learning objectives. You will have full access to our training team, beginning with a visit to ACT Dental for your Project Launch. Your coach will become your closest advisor and will keep you moving forward as you progress through the program. You and your team will have access to training workshops that focus on each zone of the practice. In addition, you will have weekly Q & A sessions with our experts and two in-office visits to apply all of the learning you have been working on directly with an ACT Coach.
