DURATION AND AIM OF THE PROJECT 1 January 2015 1 January 2016 Overall objective(s): Strengthen capacity of social partners in participating countries to contribute to national and regional development of social dialogue and harmonization with EU regulation (Serbia, Montenegro, FYR of Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania) Specific objective(s): SO1 Capacity building of social partners with the purpose of further participation in a process of making sustainable environment for SMEs development and creation of better environment for workers including working conditions and relation between employers and workers because strengthened capacity of social partners is necessary for process of EU integration of this region; SO2 implementation of the Acquis Communautaire in the area of social dialogue in partners countries; SO3 - to strengthen influence of social dialog on decision makers and legislation related to doing business in countries involved in project and to improve influence of Social (and Economic) Councils in all countries; SO4 To improve local social dialog through better work of local social (and Economic) councils; SO5 to increase knowledge of target groups (government bodies, local government bodies, employers and workers, citizens, NGOs, medias and other groups) about importance of social dialog;
