Industrial Training CbS OFFERINGS FOR SKILLING SOCIETY: (स ख ह नर बन ह नह र) CbS is providing learning opportunity under Skill Development Program (क शल व क स) to the students who are willing to learn and grow. We provide training in different trades like fabrication, welding, fitter, painter, electrician etc and make them ready to work in an industry. The students are also provided with the opportunity to work with cbs. The students under this program are generally 8 th,10 th, 12th or ITI pursuing or passed. 2. Learn & Earn Trainees (LET) Under this program, fourth year engineering students from different Engineering branch are provided with the opportunity to get the internship for 1-2 years with the company. These students gets training in different areas like production, quality, deigning, after sales & services, marketing etc. The best students also get job opportunity after the completion of training. CbS has already trained a good number of students under this program.

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Under this program, Engineers from different branch like Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumental, Computer Science are selected and get trained in different fields like Production, Vendor development, store management, Designing, Sales & Service, Assembly, Quality, marketing etc. The duration of this program is two years. Monthly salary and incentives are also provided to the candidates. Regular assessment is done to track the training quality and enhanced skills. 4.
