The electives subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects as under : a) For TGT ( Sanskrit): Sanskrit as a subject in all the three years. b) For TGT (Hindi): Hindi as a subject in all the three years. c) For TGT (English) : English as a subject in all the three years. Educational Counsellor 6 7 Yoga Instructor Essential:- B.A./B.Sc. (Psychology) from a recognized College or University with certificate of Diploma in Counselling. Competence to teach through English&Hindi medium. Desirable:- Minimum of One year Experience in providing career educational counseling to students at schools Working knowledge and experience in placement bureaus Registration with rehabilitation council of India as vocational counsellor. Graduation in any subject or equivalent from a recognized University. 2. One year Diploma in Yoga from a recognized Institute. B.P.Ed. with Yoga as one of the subjects. 3. Competence to teach through English&Hindi medium IMPTANT NOTES: I. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview. III. Age limit: Minimum & maximum age limit shall be 8 & 65 years respectively. IV. Period of contract: She or He would be engaged till such time the regular teacher joins or the end of the academic session; whichever is earlier. V. Duties & responsibilities: Teachers appointed on contractual basis will discharge following duties - a) Regular classroom teaching/ activity/copy checking. b) Invigilation duty / Evaluation work. c) Helping students and colleagues in preparation and organization of different curricular / co-curricular activities in the vidyalaya. d) All other works assigned by the Principal. VI. Remuneration: As per KVS norms. VII. Service Condition: Teachers engaged on contractual basis, would have no claim or right for appointment on a regular basis nor will they be a part of the cadre of teachers of Kendriya Vidyalayas. a) Teacher appointed on contractual basis will not be entitled for vacation pay and during Autum/Winter break payment shall be calculated on pro rata basis. b) Teachers will not be entitled for pay, if remains absent on working day. In case of absence from duty, payment will be calculated on pro rata basis. c) Working hours shall be same as regular teacher. VIII. Candidates without CTET qualification can also apply but preference will be given to the CTET qualified candidates. IX. School authority can change or cancel date, time and venue of interview without any prior notice. X. Decision of Interview Board and school authority will be final and binding in all respect.
