X. TREASURER S REPORT Be it resolved by the Board of Education of the Bath Local School District, a majority of its membership therein concurring to review and approve. A. Acceptance of Amounts and Rates Authorize the 2018 tax amounts and rates as determined by the Allen County Budget Commission, authorize the necessary tax levies, and authorize the Treasurer to certify such acceptance. 10.111 XI. SUPERINTENDENT S REPORT Be it resolved by the Board of Education of the Bath Local School District, a majority of its membership therein concurring to approve. A. Northwest Ohio School Board Association Motion to pay expenses for administrators, honoree and up to two honoree guests to attend the Northwest Ohio School Board Association spring conference March 8, 2018 at Spencerville High School.

B. Superintendents Agreement with Transportation and Columbus Grove Schools Bath Local Schools agrees to transport a Columbus Grove student residing in our district to Apollo Career Center for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year. 11.211 C. Van Drivers Approval of certified van drivers for liability purposes. o John Berens D. Indoor Track and Field Resolution Whereas Bath High School students desire to participate in the state level indoor track and field meet and; Whereas Indoor Track and Field is not recognized by OHSAA and not sponsored by Bath High School and; Whereas the Bath varsity and assistant varsity track coaches have volunteered to supervise this Indoor Track and Field Club Sport activity and; Whereas there will be no cost to the Bath Local School District for student participation in the state level indoor track and field meet;

Therefore, The Bath Local School District officially recognizes Indoor Track and Field as a club sport for the 2017-2018 school year for the purpose of enabling qualifying Bath High School students to participate in the state Indoor Track and Field meet. E. Donation of AED from Mercy Health St. Rita s Bath Board of Education accepts the donation of one AED from Mercy Health St. Rita s for Bath Local Schools. 11.511 F. Chaperones/Volunteers/Speakers/Volunteer Coaches for 2017 2018 SY This list is included for liability insurance purposes. All volunteer coaches are contingent upon proper certification and paperwork required by ODE for volunteer coaches. 11.611
