WELCOME TO VISITORS The regular meeting of the Aurora Public Schools will convene in the boardroom of the administration building. Individuals wishing to address the board of education on a specific agenda item are requested to sign up at the table on the south side of the boardroom prior to discussion of the Information and Action Items. Individuals wishing to address the board of education on a non-agenda item are requested to sign up and will be provided an opportunity, limited to three minutes, at the end of the meeting during Opportunity for Audience. Long Range Facilities Advisory Committee Additional New Members (Attachment IV-D-1) District policy BDFD and regulation BDFD-R state that Members of the Long Range Facilities Advisory Committee shall be appointed by the board of education for two-year terms, and shall work with the assistance of a nonvoting staff director, appointed by the superintendent of schools, who will assist in coordinating the work and preparing reports of the committee.
