Tippecanoe Drive, Tipp City, OH. Recommend approval to correct Christina Longo s approval of her 2015 2016 contract. Christina was approved on the June 22, 2015 agenda as a Masters with a Step 1. She should have been recommended at a Masters Step 2. The wrong step indicated on the June 22 nd BOE agenda was a clerical error. 15.07.16 A motion was presented by Mr. Maus and seconded by Mrs. Johnsen for approval of resolution declaring transportation impractical. VOTE: Yeas: Mr. Maus, Mrs. Johnsen, Mr. Dixon, Mrs. Frame, Mr. Merritt 15.07.17 A motion was presented by Mrs. Johnsen and seconded by Mrs. Frame for approval of for the use of (2 or 3) school buses to provide a shuttle for the Christmas in the Village home tour on Saturday, December 5, 2015. All costs to be paid by the Tippecanoe Christmas in the Village Facilities Committee. VOTE: Yeas: Mrs. Johnsen, Mrs. Frame, Mr. Dixon, Mr. Maus, Mr. Merritt 15.07.18 A motion was presented by Mr. Maus and seconded by Mr. Merritt for to advertise and receive bids for the purchase of two school buses. Therefore, be it resolved the Tipp City Board of Education wishes to participate and authorize the Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council to advertise and receive bids on said Board s behalf as per the specifications submitted for the cooperative purchase of two school buses. VOTE: Yeas: Mr. Maus, Mr. Merritt, Mr. Dixon, Mrs. Frame, Mrs. Johnsen 15.07.19 A motion was presented by Mrs. Johnsen and seconded by Mr. Merritt for approval to contract transportation with Senior Assistants, Inc. for the 2015 2016 school year. Senior Assistants, Inc. will provide transportation to and from The Ohio State School for the Blind in Columbus, Ohio for one student. VOTE: Yeas: Mrs. Johnsen, Mr. Merritt, Mr. Dixon, Mrs. Frame, Mr. Maus

15.07.20 A motion was presented by Mr. Maus and seconded by Mrs. Johnsen for approval of 11th grade tuition student, K. Fraylick, for the 2015 2016 school year. VOTE: Yeas: Mr. Maus, Mrs. Johnsen, Mr. Dixon, Mrs. Frame, Mr. Merritt Miscellaneous A. There will be a Special Board of Education Meeting on Monday, August 10 th, 6:30 p.m. at the Board of Education. B. The next regular Board of Education Meeting will be Monday, August 24 th, at 6:30 p.m. at the Board of Education. 15.07.21 A motion was presented by Mr. Merritt and seconded by Mr. Maus for approval to adjourn to executive session for purposes authorized under Board of Education Policy 0166 and ORC 121.22(G)(2) 6 consider the purchase of land for public purposes. VOTE: Yeas: Mr. Merritt, Mr. Maus, Mr. Dixon, Mrs. Frame, Mrs. Johnsen President Merritt declared all five members adjourned into Executive Session at 7:39 p.m. President Merritt declared all four members returned from Executive Session at 8:03 p.m. 15.07.22 A motion was presented by Mr. Merritt and seconded by Mr. Maus for approval to adjourn the meeting.
