Keeping You INFORMED For the Columbiana Schools Staff and Community July 11, 2018 The following presentations and actions occurred during the Board of Education Regular Meeting on Tuesday, July 10, 2018: 1. Public Input None 2. Approved the June 2018 financial reports. 3. Approved the minutes of the June 18, 2018 regular meeting of the Board of Education. 4. Approved the resignation of Melissa Rura, as High School Guidance Counselor, effective July 3, 2018. 5. Approved employment of Amanda Cleghorn, High School Guidance Counselor, for the 2018-2019 school year, as recommended by the Superintendent, compensation at Board-approved rates, pending verification of all credentials. 6. Approved the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Columbiana Exempted School District and the Columbiana City Police Department for the purpose of hiring of a School Resource Officer for the 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021 school years. 7. Approved employment of the following personnel on a Supplemental Contract for the 2018-2019 school year, as recommended by the Superintendent, with compensation in accordance with Board-approved schedules.
