Deadlines Completed day student applications are due to the Admission Office by Dec. 13, and notification of decision is sent on Jan. 6. Completed boarding student applications are due to the Admission Office by Feb. 1, and notification of decision is sent on March 9. After Feb. 1, applications are welcome and will be considered as long as spaces are available. Please call the Admission Office if you have any questions about the application. We look forward to receiving your application. Financial Aid All families who check the financial aid box on the application form will receive financial aid information. If the financial aid box is not checked, we assume that you are not applying for need-based financial aid and will not be eligible to receive financial aid. Please call us if you have questions regarding our need-based financial aid program. Application Checklist Send completed application and application fee ($75 for day and boarding students; $175 for students residing outside the United States). Complete the parent and student questionnaires and send to WRA one week prior to your visit, as this helps us to customize your day. Complete an on-campus interview, parent conference and shadow day. To schedule a visit, call 330.650.9717. Give the transcript release form to your current school with enclosed envelope, stamped and addressed to Admission Office. Give the Common Application forms to your current math and English teachers with enclosed envelopes, stamped and addressed to Admission Office. Give the Common School Report Form to the designated school official with enclosed envelope, stamped and addressed to Admission Office. Give the other recommendation form to a coach, former or current teacher, scout leader, voice teacher, and so on, with enclosed envelope, stamped and addressed to Admission Office. Sign up for a standardized test.

Standardized Testing Requirements and Test Dates at Applicants for 9th or 10th grade are required to take one Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). WRA only accepts the SSAT. The SSAT will be administered at WRA on the following dates: Oct. 15, 2016 Nov. 12, 2016 Dec. 10, 2016 Jan. 7, 2017 Feb. 11, 2017 March 4, 2017 To be eligible for priority deadline consideration, day students must take the SSAT no later than Dec. 10, 2016. To be eligible for priority deadline consideration, boarding students must take the SSAT no later than Jan. 7, 2017. Our school code for the SSAT is 8110. To register for the SSAT, visit ssat.org. We encourage you to register as early as possible to ensure seat availability. Applicants for 11th grade, 12th grade or a post-graduate year are required to submit recent results of the PSAT, SAT or ACT.
