Bingo Day Friday, May $.0 Games and Snacks CHANGES TO THE PA IMMUNIZATION LAW FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR There has been a change to the Pennsylvania Immunization law made by the Department of Health regarding provisional regulations for immunizations. This change will impact enrollment in the Neshaminy School District for the 2017-2018 school year. Previously, there was an eight-month provisional $1 Raffles *Sprocket Smartphone Printer period for a child to become compliant with required vaccines. Under the new regulation, your child will be excluded from school on the fifth day of the school year. If you receive a letter stating your child is in need of immunizations, please provide updated immunizations to the nurse s office by June 16, 2017 to avoid this situation. Please make the necessary arrangements to complete your Inflatable GIGABALL child's immunization requirements as soon as possible. Otherwise, your doctor will need to provide a written plan to have them completed. Documentation on the health provider s letterhead must be presented to your student s school nurse. Please have your child s primary care medical provider note the immunizations $.0 Raffles $2 Gift Cards given or provide a written plan on, or before the first day of school to prevent exclusion. If you have any questions or concerns about your child's immunization status, please contact your child's school nurse. Sincerely yours, Melissa Huber MSN, CSN, RN & Theresa Stumpo RN, BSN
