RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 65 The Twinsburg City School District Board of Education met in REGULAR session on the above date at the Twinsburg Government Center in Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m. The following board members were present: Mr. Andrews, Mr. Crosby, Mr. Shebeck, and Mr. Stuver. Absent was Mrs. Cain-Criswell. Recordings of the meeting are made and kept in the Superintendent s Office. Mr. Stuver moved and Mr. Andrews seconded that the Twinsburg Board of Education adopt resolutions 10-048 to 10-050. 10-048 Minutes That the Twinsburg Board of Education approves the Minutes for the following meetings: Regular Meeting December 2, 2009 Regular Meeting December 16, 2009 10-049 Financial Report That the Twinsburg Board of Education accepts the following Financial Report for the month of December 2009: Bank Reconciliation, General Fund Financial Summary Report and Financial Report by Fund. See pages 69-73 10-050 Check Register That the Twinsburg Board of Education accepts the Check Registers for the month of December 2009; the total, including payroll is $6,268,779.27. A+ Club beginning February 1, 2010, until the end of the school year, 1.5 hours per day, $20 per hour out of Title I monies: Amanda Bova, Lisa Butler, Kate Cardaman, Brandy Correia, Tracey Direnzo, Ann Feichter, Connie Hill, Linda Hon, Kathy Kustich, Krista Markel, Angela Oliverio, Christine Palmer, Abigail Peltz, Don Schultz and Robert Summer. A+ Club beginning February 1, 2010 until the end of the school year, 1.5 hours per day, $20 per hour out of Latch Key monies: Ryan Bandiera, Holly Recker, Gayle Wall A+ Club beginning February 1, 2010, until the end of the school year, 2 days a week for four (4) hours per day, $20 an hour, out of Title I monies: Carlene Fliss 10-059 Resignations That the Twinsburg Board of Education accepts the following teacher resignations for retirement from Twinsburg High School, effective June 1, 2010; upon the recommendation of the Superintendent. Dennis Zolciak, Edward Hrbek, Charles Smith, Candace Duke, Theodis Fipps, 10-060 Leave That the Twinsburg Board of Education approves the following staff leaves of absence; Danielle Grummitt, teacher at Twinsburg High School; August 16, 2010 through December 21, 2010, returning on January 4, 2011, using accumulated sick days; upon the recommendation of the Superintendent.

RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 68 10-061 EXECUTIVE SESSION Mr. Shebeck moved and Mr. Stuver seconded that the Twinsburg Board of Education meet in Executive Session at approximately 7:35 p.m. for the purpose of discussing: The appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of public employees, negotiations, and litigation matters. The Board reconvened from Executive Session at approximately 8:40 p.m. The following members were present: Mr. Andrews, Mr. Crosby, Mr. Stuver, and Mr. Shebeck. 10-062 Adjournment Mr. Stuver moved and Mr. Crosby seconded that the Twinsburg Board of Education adjourn at 8:41 p.m. The Board President declared the meeting adjourned.
