It is hereby notified for all concerned that the following students have been provisionally selected for admissions into the two years M.Ed. Course for the Session 2018-2019. The selections are made and approved by the Admission Committee on the basis of academic and other credentials of the applicants as submitted and declared to be correct and true by themselves. The selected candidates are directed to attend the concerned Department with their original testimonials, attested photocopies and one copy of their latest passport size photograph of them to be submitted in the Department along with the ANTI-RAGGING undertakings as instructed in the Anti-Ragging Booklet and G.U. Prospectus 2017-2018 on the date and time mentioned above, failing which their seats may be forfeited. The Head of the Department is requested to make special arrangements for verification of all original documents at the time of admission.. (i) All payment will be made Online only through SBI-I Collect at www.gauhati.ac.in or https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollecthome.htm/corpid=354433 (ii) Candidates need to print 3 (three) copies of their payment slip after making the payment - one for the student, and two copies for the university to be submitted at respective departments. B. For waitlisted candidates: Students who will be admitted from the waiting list will have to make necessary payment through online method as mentioned in A (i) and (ii) above on the same day. However, in case of any problem, they can visit the GU SBI Branch for assistance. C. Payment of Hostel Admission Fee: Students who get allotment for hostel admission into G.U. Halls will have to make necessary payment as mentioned in A (i) and (ii) above only after allotment of their seats by the Office of the Secretary, University Classes, G.U.
