RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 57 The Twinsburg City School District Board of Education met in REGULAR session on the above date at the Twinsburg Government Center in Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. The following board members were present: Mr. Andrews, Mr. Buzulence, Mrs. Cain-Criswell, Mr. Nunney, and Mr. Shebeck. Recordings of the meeting are made and kept in the Superintendent s Office. 07-034 Executive Session Mr. Buzulence moved and Mr. Shebeck seconded that the Twinsburg Board of Education enter into Executive Session at approximately 6:02 p.m. for the purpose of discussing: The appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of public employees. The Board President declared the motion approved. The Board reconvened from Executive Session at approximately 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: Mr. Andrews, Mr. Buzulence, Mrs. Cain-Criswell, Mr. Nunney, and Mr. Shebeck. 07-035 Minutes Mr. Buzulence moved and Mr. Nunney seconded that the Twinsburg Board of Education approves the Minutes for the following meetings: Regular Meeting November 01, 2007 Regular Meeting November 15, 2007 Ayes: 5 Nays: 0. Lipinski, as math teacher at Twinsburg High School on Step 0, effective January 16, 2007, upon the recommendation of the The Board President declared the motions approved. 07-047 Executive Session Mr. Buzulence moved and Mr. Andrews seconded that the Twinsburg Board of Education enter into Executive Session at approximately 7:47 p.m. for the purpose of discussing: The appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of public employees and TEA grievance. The Board President declared the motion approved. The Board reconvened from Executive Session at approximately 8:55 p.m. The following members were present: Mr. Andrews, Mr. Buzulence, Mrs. Cain-Criswell, Mr. Nunney, and Mr. Shebeck.

RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 60 The TEA grievance was settled by mutual agreement and no action by the Board of Education was necessary at this time. 07-048 Adjournment Mr. Shebeck moved and Mr. Nunney seconded that the Twinsburg Board of Education adjourn at 8:56 p.m. The Board President declared the meeting adjourned.
