In this year 2015, Govt of AP has decided to celebrate the Teachers Day celebrations at Visakhapatnam, the City of Destiny.The attention of the Regional Joint Directors & District Educational Officers in the State are informed that State Selection Committee have been selected State Best Teachers 45 awards & NFTW 23 awards for the year 2015. Therefore all the Regional Joint Directors & District Educational Officer in the State are requested to issue instruction to Awardee Teachers (Teachers Instructions Statement enclosed) and also direct the State Awardees and NFTW Awardees to report at S.F.S. High School, Seethammadara, Near Satyam (Tech Mahindra) Junction, Visakhapatnam district on 04.09.2015 from 11.00 A.M. onwards for registration. The Awardees are requested to attend the meeting of Teachers Awardees convened by the Commissioner of School Education on 05.09.2015 at 11.00 A.M A.V.Engineering College Building, Vishakhapatnam. They should hand over their T.A. Bills along with Name of the Account Holder, Bank Account No., Branch Name, IFSC Code, to MC- Section on 05-09-2015 TA & DA will be paid through online after securitization/confirmation by the Accounts Section O/o Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. 2. 2. On 05-09-2015 the Awardees are requested to occupy the seats at 10.30 AM allotted to them in the A.V.Engineering College, Building, Vishakapatnam. 3. 3. They are requested to wear the badges supplied to them without fail. If not they are not allowed to receive their Awards by Security staff. One Entrance pass will be issued to each Awardees who is allowed to receive the Awards. 4. 4. They will be called on to the dais to receive the awards as per serial number given to them. 5. 5. They are requested to proceed to the dais immediately from the right side staircase and return to their seats from left side staircase after receiving the awards. 6. 6.
