Profile of IMS The Bhaskar Pandurang Hivale Education (B.P.H.E.) Society has three Institutions under its umbrella: Ahmednagar College, Institute of Social Work & Research (ISWR) and Institute of Management Studies, Career Development &Research (IMS)..IMS is a premier educational institute affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University of Pune and recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The institute offers various postgraduate programmes in both Management and Information Technology. The MBA programme of the Institute is accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi.The Institute is also recognized Post Graduate Research Centre(Management)of Savitribai Phule Pune University. About the Conference Conference Theme 'Challenges in Multitudinal Management Orbits The business environment is very dynamic and spinning new opportunities as well as challenges. The business scenario is driven by globalization, technological revolutions, changing demographics, pressing social imperatives and intense competition. Best Paper Award and Publications The First and Second Best Paper will be awarded 3,000/- & 2000/- in each category. Selected papers will be published in Institute's 'Indian Journal of Current Trends in Management Sciences'(ISSN0976-1845).
