Class members will engage in 8- minute group lessons with a trained instructor. is a low impact fitness class which consists of large rhythmic movements performed in water to increase heart rate and improve cardiovascular fitness. builds muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular endurance all at once, while utilizing water weights in the deep end of the pool. This low-impact class will leave participants with a deep-stretch and relaxed mind, leaving participants with an increased flexibility. Participants ages -3 will engage in a swim team structured program that will teach competitive strokes such as Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly. Participants will work on stroke refinement, timed skill improvement and learn how to be part of a team.
