Happy Holidays TIPS FOR CHILDREN 1. God gives us 24 hours in a day, let us take out few minutes for Him and thank Him for the happy moments also ask Him to give us strength to cope up with our difficulties. 2. Don t be lazy.and become a couch potato!! Go out for walks, do exercises and be fit and healthy. Play outdoor games, make new friends.. Go cycling, play badminton, cricket, kho-kho, catch, hide n seek anything that will make you run. Along with the activities revise all the concepts done in the class. 3. Reading is fun and it helps us develop our vocabulary. Make it a habit to read story books. Get 1-2 story books back to class. A class library will be maintained. TIPS FOR PARENTS 1. Give your child saplings and ask them to plant them and water them and see them grow. Encourage them by saying that they will be presented with gifts for their good deeds. 2. Go to the nearest bank and show them the functioning of the banks, how ATMs work and what is the benefit of it. 3. Make them sit by you and ask them what their needs are and satisfy some of the useful ones and explain them which ones are essential and which ones are not. Give them a feeling that you are there for them. English 1. Books are the lighthouse erected in the great sea of time.
