Connor Donohue proposes punishment of taking away voting rights for the next meeting to the chapters that do not submit their monthly chapter reports. Jesse Aland clarifies that a loss of voting rights does not excuse for an absence. Daniel Gries brings up to chapters how they would rather have us communicate information to them on an on-going basis so they can facilitate communication to their members in due time. Robert Kueny proposes a Google Calendar platform created based on multiple chapter calendars. Daniel Gries proposes a big overall calendar based off what the chapters present on their individual calendars. This poster will be hung in the Greek Office. V. Announcements:
a. Sigma Alpha Epsilon hosting Frat star champions with 8 teams 4 different leagues of hockey. Current venue set for East High school, either the 27th or 28th of February. $50 buy in per chapter where proceeds go to Gillette s Children s Hospital. Final plannings to be announced later. b. Jesse Aland s Roundtable based on scholarship is set for February 24th at 6:30p. Location to be determined. c. Lambda Chi Alpha Mount Kato ECHO Food Shelf Night Feb. 26, bring 5 cans of food to Mount Kato from 4pm-10pm and receive discounts ($5 off) on lift tickets, rentals, and tubing.
