Dynamic Learning Processes Central Goal Empower students through a dynamic curriculum and extra curricular activities, supported by a distinguished and committed staff Action Plan Champion: Director and Leadership Team Strategies Continually refine an aligned and dynamic school wide curriculum that engages students and sets rigorous quality expectations. Audit and update after school activities (K-12) for student enrichment opportunities linked to MSA objectives on school climate. Ensure that all staff have the time and resources for continuous, comprehensive and coordinated professional development. Continuous improvement in the quality of teaching. Continue to develop and enrich the vision for Educational Technology gr. K-12 within the Technology Roadmap. 13

Educational Ecosystems Central Goal Strategies Ensure a welcoming, secure, physical and virtual environment that supports the students and reflects the demands of dynamic educational programs Action Plan Champion: Board Representatives, Director, Business Manager, Director of Technology Become an eco-friendly school and lead our students by example by making decisions on the growth of the school that have a positive environmental impact. Ensure that the school implements a purposeful use of technology for education and day-to-day IT management. Develop a sustainable facilities master plan to complement and meet internal needs while balancing external challenges. Ensure that ASM maintains a modern facility with efficient use of space to meet the school s evolving needs for all stakeholders. Governance, Leadership and Organization Central Goal Practice responsive governance and leadership to advance our dynamic organization Action Plan Champion: Director, Board President Strategies Demonstrate commitment to outstanding international school practices. Review the school s organizational structure to ensure the most effective delivery of the school s programs. Implement a comprehensive data-architecture that allows all stakeholder groups to make informed decisions (in compliance with the GDPR). Regularly review staff and faculty salaries and benefits to be competitive. 15

Finance Management Central Goal Maintain financial strength to ensure sustainability and support the strategic goals Action Plan Champion: Director, Business Manager Strategies Adopt strategic approach to financial planning driven by zero based budgeting concepts. Develop a strategic viewpoint on financial management. Review the current tax treatment of ASM income and identify possible options for optimization.
