Began in January 2016 Designed to reflect the College s organizational structure Guided by a Steering Committee and seven Working Groups, one per Standard Drew input from trustees, administrators, faculty, staff, students, and alumni in a rigorous, rewarding, collaborative, and inclusive process Held eighty-four Self-Study Conversation meetings plus monthly poll questions on Blackboard
