The last date for online entry to participate in the SGFI Meet in aforesaid game/event is 16th Dee, 2015 and the reporting date is 21m Dec, 2015. As the 46th KVS National Meet-2015 is yet to be started as and when the game is over you are requested to obtain from KVS National Venues where it was conducted for above mentioned Game/Events as per SGFI norms. The expenditure on the board and lodging of the KVS teams will initially be met out of the funds of RSCB of your Regional Office and later on be got reimbursed from the NSCB KVS(HQ). 2. It is requested that specific instructions with regard to proper boarding and lodging of the team may be issued to the identified KV nearest to the venue with special emphasis on quality of Food to avoid complaints/grievances at a later stage. 3. The entry forms may please be downloaded for the SGFI Meet-2015-16 from the website of School Games Federation of India (SGFI) (1rEsagekkargtasin) for filling up and registering the KVS team with them. Please ensure that all selected players/teams are registered as received from venues of 46th KVS National Sports Meet in the above said event. Please appoint a suitable Manager for the KVS teams to look after their welfare as well as their entry in the SGFI Meet. Besides, an Expert Coach may also be appointed for the teams from your region for imparting coaching to the teams. Contd...P-2 (PTO)

The Deputy Commissioners concerned may be requested to send Eligibility Forms of selected students (players) as per norms of SGFI in Quadruplicate duly signed by the Principal of their respective KW. 5. SGFI may later make changes in dates & venues,'therefore, you are also advised to check the Weblike of SGFI (www.sgfibharat.com) on daily basis and make amendment accordingly with intimation to thin office immediately. 6. The expenditure on Registration charges/entry Fee of selected KVS teams and players, boarding and lodging, playing equipment, playing kit (SGFI players & TGT (PHE) deputed as coach) etc. for SGFI Meet of KVS teams and their transportation for venue Kendriya Vidyalaya to the venue of the SGFI Meet and back will be met by Deputy Commissioner, Raipur Region out of RSCB and la ter on the Bills/Vouchers after pre-audit, the expenditure be got reimbursed from the KVS(HQ). TA and journey time DA of the selected KVS players/team for the SGFI Meet from the concerned Kendriya Vidyalaya to venue Kendriya Vidyalaya will be provided by the concerned mother Kendriya Vidyalaya of the selected players out of their Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi (VVN). The expenditure of TA and DA of the escorting teacher will be met out of the School Fund as per KVS rules. 7. The students and escorts should move with confirmed reservation only No student should without to and fro confirmed reservation as per direction given earlier. As far as the team. games (e.g. Cricket, Hockey, Football, Volley ball, Basketball and Handball etc.) are concerned a coaching camp of 10 days duration may also be arranged before the commencement of the SGFI games, if feasible. For the coaching camp, competent TGTs (PHE) may be selected for coaching the KVS teams. The coaches may be from the region or from any other KVS region.
