Timothy Pannett, Principal, Brooke High School, requests permission for the following: (1) Mrs. Byard and the BHS Madrigal Choir to travel to and perform at the Newport Baptist Church in Newport, Ohio, on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 (3:45 p.m.-10:00 p.m.). School bus transportation is also requested and will be paid by the Choral account. (2) Mrs. Byard and the BHS Madrigal Choir to travel to and perform at the Wellsburg Moose on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 (11:40 a.m.-1:15 p.m.). School bus transportation is also requested and will be paid by the Choral account. (4) Johnny Leonard and the BHS Band to travel to and perform at two West Virginia University Basketball games on Saturday, December 29, 2018 and Sunday, December 30, 2018. School bus transportation is also requested, to be paid by the Brooke County Board of Education. B. Jennifer Sisinni, Principal, Brooke Middle School, requests permission for the following: (1) Ms. Fuscardo and Ms. Bertelli s students to travel to the Marquee Cinemas at the Highlands to see The Grinch on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 (8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.). School bus transportation is also requested and will be paid by the autism fund and students. (2) Mr. Huntzinger, Ms. Packer and the After School STEM-Robotics Team to travel to Ripley High School on Saturday, December 15, 2018 (5:15 p.m.-6:30 p.m.). Also requested is use of two county vehicles, meal reimbursement for Mr. Huntzinger and Ms. Packer and reimbursement for fuel. C. Scott Donohew, Principal, Brooke Intermediate South, requests permission for to use one (1) school bus to shuttle students from Brooke Intermediate South to Brooke Hills Free Methodist Church for the annual Christmas concert on Friday, December 21, 2018 (10:00 am.-noon). Expenses to be paid by the Brooke County Board of Education.

All proposed actions on employment are subject to modifications. The superintendent may make additional personnel recommendations and that list will be available at the meeting. The following Leaves of Absence are presented for Board approval: 1) Faith Magnone, Physical Education Teacher, Brooke Primary South, requesting leave of absence for November 19, 2018 through December 14, 2018, using seven (7) dock days. Code 18A-2-7b(b) no autism mentor, paraprofessional, interpreter, ECCAT, or aide working with exceptional students shall transfer prior to the next instructional term.
