Minutes of Meeting:. Objectives of CETA: Executive Body of CETA discussed on the Objectives and Outcomes of CETA and also on Vision and Mission. 2. Review of Activities of Academic Year 204-5: HOD and Faculty Advisors reviewed the CETA activities 204-5 and Outcomes also measured. HOD appreciated the Executive body 204-5 for achieving the required outcomes by conducting 8 events. HOD also asked the Executive Body Members of 205-6 to Conduct More number of Programs to Students for achieving the outcomes. 3. Registration Fee: It is resolved to collect Rs.200/- as Registration Fee for CETA from the Academic Year 205-6 from II B. Tech students and I M. Tech Students only. 4. Inaugural Function: HOD informed to CETA Body members to conduct the CETA Inaugural function in the month of August. 5. Planning of Activities for Academic Year 205-6: HOD informed to Faculty Advisors and CETA body Members to Prepare CETA Calendar for the Academic Year 205-6 Semester Wise and Year Wise. 6. Budget Requirements and Planning: HOD informed to Faculty Advisors and Treasurers to Plan Budget for Inaugural, s and Valedictory functions. 7. Any other Item: i. Students of CETA body requested HOD that they will Plan Technical Workshops for IV B.Tech Students. ii.
