Curriculum Organisation and Delivery 1.1. To ensure that your teaching of English lessons is outstanding 1.2. To ensure effective liaison with learning support department for pupils with special educational needs and to seek to make appropriate provision 1.6. To work closely with the Head of department in the implementation and development of new curriculum initiatives 2 Staff Development 2.1. To contribute to a departmental plan as part of the school improvement plan, ensuring the development of strategies to evaluate the plan 3.2.
