Lydia works globally as a visiting professor, workshop leader, strategy consultant and keynote speaker. As a Master Executive Coach, she helps individuals step into their power and lead with clarity, presence and purpose. Lydia teaches Innovation/Creativity, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence & Mindfulness in business schools and innovation academies. Whilst a senior strategy consultant Lydia was elected Chair of Booz Allen Hamilton's Work Force Diversity Council and launched significant culture change initiatives. (BAH has been an award-winning D&I leader since 1999) Lydia worked as an ultra-high net worth private banker for clients seeking to make the world a better place through social impact investments. She led Learning and Development & was Head Organisation Development for a leading British university. Lydia has served as a non-exec on 3 boards (including the Royal Institute of British Architects). She was honoured for achievements by the US Association of Professional Asian American Women. Expertise in conceptualizing and successful execution of business turnaround strategies towards market penetration, business volume growth and brand building. He also is lecturing for Financial Accounting (CMA, CIMA), CIM, Marketing and Communication, Strategic Marketing and Strategic Management for MBAs Rizny Faisal CFA Charterholder, Chartered Global Management Accountant and Member of the British Computer Society. Rizny carries with him over 8 years of financial consultancy field experience in providing buy-side financial due diligence, financial valuation, vendor assistance, deals origination and execution, equity research and external audit and assurance services. He has provided transaction advisory services with a particular emphasis on financial due diligence reviews across a range of industries including FMCG, manufacturing, retail and distribution, power and energy, financial services, hospitality, construction and apparel. Rizny, previously assisted a leading global asset manager by providing equity research on companies from diverse industries based in Europe, Americas and Asia. Rizny also has experience in a range of audit and assurance services, covering a diverse range of industries including financial services, manufacturing, retail and distribution, FMCG, hospitality and shipping. PROGRAMME FACULTY Delan Bertinus Strategist Entrepreneur Customer Experience Service Design Agile Lean Six Sigma Product Innovation Delan is an alumnus from Stanford, who is a senior customer experience and strategic change Leader with the ability to provide a service to create actionable insight and ideate strategies to capture value by improving customer equity and commercial positioning. Using expertise in Lean Thinking, Design Thinking, Service Design, UI+UX and Customer experience, he helps businesses to successfully execute these strategic initiatives to capture the created value. Hussain Moosajee Chartered Accountant, MBA. He is a Chartered Accountant, and also a former member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and several years of experience in the industry. He is also a certified trainer of the Expand Your Business (EYB) programme, a programme founded and initiated by the International Labour Organization (ILO). Having trained and lectured to over 8000 individuals in a series of programmes conducted. His industry experience adds value to the programmes, where practical examples of common issues related to the functioning of an organization are shared with participants.
