USMLE-Easy User Guide Faculty/Admin

USMLE-Easy: Types of Users There are three types of users on USMLE-Easy: Admin, Instructor, and Student. This guide covers Admin and Instructor functionality only. Admin- An Institutional admin allows you to see all registered users associated with your account, and run reports on the number of user logins. This is also where you set up classes (please note the class functionality will not be available until early 2015). If you are a new subscriber, your admin login can be found in your welcome letter. If you have migrated to the new platform, your admin login is the same as your institutional username and password on the old site. Instructor- Instructors have access to a completely separate Question Bank than USMLE-Easy students. Instructors can assign custom tests to students and view detailed reports on student progress. Instructors can send feedback directly to individual students, or interact with all students via the Course Stream feature. Student- Student users can create a personalized Study Plan and take adaptive quizzes and practice tests. They can also take tests assigned by an instructor and interact with students and instructors via the Course Stream feature.
