Subject & Assessment Information EBS The coursework requires candidates to conduct research on a business in one of the three service industries, namely travel and tourism, hospitality and retail industries, in the Singapore context and make recommendations on how the business can improve its marketing mix or customer service. Student Aptitude Other than a keen interest in the service industries, students need to have a good command of the English Language as both papers (Written and coursework) require extended writing and reasoning. To do well in the subject, students need to develop their answers rather than just giving a brief fact.
Subject & Assessment Information D&T Design & Technology (D&T) is part of a holistic broad-based education, anchoring on design action and the application of knowledge and process skills. It covers three learning domains where students learn to apply knowledge and skills through design-and-make activities through Design Appreciation, Designing (Journal) and Making (Prototype).
