The admission to Clamda-IM is regulated by an assessment of the candidate s skills. The admission procedure, call for applications, is described in this document. The Programme is taught entirely in English. Attendance at the Clamda-IM classes is compulsory in order to be allowed to sit the exams. Applicants are required indicate their choice between the Marketing Management Stream and Strategy and Entrepreneurship Stream in the CV Form attached to their application. Once enrolled to the Program and at the beginning of year II, students will be asked to make a definitive choice. In order to guarantee an adeguate educational standard to each stream, the Course might establish a maximum number of students in each stream. Should this be the case, admission to the preferred stream will be allowed according to the points gained during the selection process. 1 TABLE OF DEADLINES The following table indicates the admission schedule and the related deadlines. All deadlines are mandatory. If the positions reserved to non-eu citizens are not fully covered, they will be made available to candidates who are citizens of the European Union. More info and details for International Students (EU, Non-EU and EU Equivalent) are available at this page http://www.unibo.it/en/international/who-are-international-students Students who have not completed their first level degree (Bachelor s) may participate in the selection process, but they must graduate within October 31, 2018. Students who do not complete the graduation within this date, lose their right to enroll in CLAMDA-IM. 3) ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS To be admitted to the selection process, candidates must: - have at least a first level degree (Bachelor s) or an equivalent degree in any discipline from an Italian or foreign university that has been deemed eligible. Students who have not completed their first level degree (Bachelor's) may participate in the selection process, but they must graduate within October 31, 2018 or they lose their right to enroll in CLAMDA-IM - have an English language knowledge certification. Candidates must possess a minimum B2 level or equivalent in order to be admitted to the selection procedure. Proof of their English language (minimum B2 level) is demonstrated by submitting any one of the following certificates: TOEFL, IELTS, CAMBRIGE SUITE, Trinity College. To check the correspondence with the B2 level, please refer to the conversion table available at http://www.cla.unibo.it/risorse/files/tabella-equipollenza-titoli Only the English certifications issued within 3 years before May 3 2018 are considered valid, regardless of their expiration date. The English Language certification is NOT required only if: the candidate attended a first cycle degree held in English (to be indicated on the CV) the candidate passed a B2 level English exam in his/her Bachelor's (to be indicated on the CV and in the transcript of records) 4) INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS Who are international students? Students with European Union citizenship, students with non-eu equivalent to EU citizenship, Italian students with foreign qualifications, students with non-eu citizenship who are resident abroad. More info at this page http://www.unibo.it/en/international/who-are-international-students NON-EUROPEAN CITIZENS RESIDENT OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION The regulations for admission of non-eu citizens resident abroad were defined by the Ministry of Education, University and Research, with the Circular letter M.I.U.R. prot. n. 602 of the 18/05/2011 available at the website www.miur.it and www.study-in-italy.it. The deadlines for the admission are set by the same M.I.U.R. Circular letter, to be published.

While waiting for the release of the permit of stay, the candidates will be admitted and enrolled conditionally until the delivery of the permit itself. VERY IMPORTANT! Non-EU students, while they are applying for the CLAMDA-IM admission procedure shall immediately - anyway not later than the deadline defined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, get in touch with an Italian Embassy or Consulate where the degree was issued and follow the procedure: - apply for the Pre-enrolment procedure at the University of Bologna to CLAMDA-IM (Laurea Magistrale in Direzione Aziendale International Management) academic year 2018/2019 through the Italian consulate or Embassy, http://www.unibo.it/en/teaching/enrolment-transfer-and-final-examination/pre-enrolment-inthe-italian-diplomatic-representations-abroad - apply for the Declaration of Value / Dichiarazione di valore ; - apply for entry Visa for study reasons. 5) CANDIDATES WITH DISABILITIES Candidates with disabilities or specific learning disorders must explicitly request any reasonable adjustments which may be necessary, as well as any special equipment in relation to their disability or disorder, to hold the admission test to CLAMDA-IM. The request has to be sent by email to disabili@unibo.it within the mandatory deadline of May 3 2018 at 1 pm CET. Applications deadline is May 3, 2018 1 p.m. (CET) In order to apply to the selection procedure, please follow these steps: Applicants have to:

1. Access the online service www.studenti.unibo.it to register the account (or access directly if candidates have already a unibo account). 2. Register by entering the requested information. For non-italian students, follow the instructions to create automatically an Italian Tax ID code (codice fiscale). Candidates will then receive a username and password. After the first access, candidates will be asked to change the password that is requested to access www.studenti.unibo.it. IMPORTANT: the username and password received during the online registration procedure have to be preserved by candidates, since they will be necessary to complete the ENROLMENT procedures 3. Click on Entrance Exam or Requirements check ; select Second cycle degree programme and then select Business Administration Bologna Campus and then next ; 4. Upload all the required documents in.pdf format; 5. Pay the application fee (50,00 ) within the above mentioned deadline (May 3 2018 at 1 pm) exclusively through one of the following methods (other methods are not accepted): a. on-line, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express), even if the holder of the credit card is not the candidate; b. through any UniCredit Bank Agency using the appropriate payment code printed during the online registration (the list of Unicredit Bank agencies is available on the UniCredit website). Payments from different banks agencies are not allowed, neither through bank transfers nor postal offices. The application fee is not refundable. Application and CV form. Please note that this document must be in English. The Application Form is downloadable at the course site. 2. Statement of purpose. Please note that this document must be in English. 3. A copy of a valid identity document (ID card, or passport). 4. A copy of your permit of stay (if possessed). 5. One or two reference letters (optional) Please note that these documents must be in English. 6. First Cycle Degree, Study Plan with ECTS and marks, any certification mentioned in the CV. 7. A certificate of English proficiency (see point 3 for the list of admitted certificates, expiry date and exemptions). Please note that all the documents must be in English, besides the First Cycle Degree and Study Plan if from an Italian University. Please note that the possess of a GRE/GMAT certification is suggested and encouraged and will be evaluated by the commission.

IMPORTANT: At the time of the application to the selection procedure, candidates who have not completed their first level degree (Bachelor s) may participate in the skills assessment, but they must graduate within October 31, 2018 or their enrollment will be void. Moreover, also for these candidates, enrollment deadline is July 18, 2018 IMPORTANT: The examining Board may contact applicants to request additions to the documentation submitted. The documentation submitted is subjected to the Italian Presidential Decree 445/2000. The candidate must be aware as well of the penalties laid down by the article 496 of the Italian Penal Code in case of false statements and false certifications. 7) SKILLS ASSESSMENT The admission procedure is composed of 2 parts: Part 1: Evaluation of the CV and of the other documents submitted. Part 2: Interview: to evaluate the personal motivation, attitude and skills of the candidates. The applications will be evaluated as follows: Part 1: CV Evaluation (min 60/100) It is an evaluation of the CV and of the other documents submitted. - Marks/grades obtained for the Bachelor's Degree and CV: up to 60 points - Internationalization, motivation and letters of references: up to 40 points Only candidates with a score from 60/100 are admitted to the second part of the selection procedure. Within May 15, 2018 the list of the candidates admitted to the interview will be available at www.studenti.unibo.it Part 2: Interview (min 60/100) (in English) It is an interview to evaluate the commitment, attitude and skills of the candidates. To facilitate the participation of students living abroad, it will be possible to hold the interview through video conference methods. Candidates may ask for an interview via skype, to be held on the same dates, and indicate it in the CV Form. Candidates will check the day and time of their interview at www.im.unibo.it The interviews are held on

The assessment for International Management is passed with a total score equal to or greater than 120/200. Candidates who achieve a score lower than 120/200 will not be allowed to enroll to CLAMDA- IM. The ranking will be posted at www.studenti.unibo.it by June 12, 2018 from 11 am CET In the case of same rank, the higher placing will be awarded to the younger candidate. 8) ENROLMENT PROCEDURE - (for admitted students) Admitted candidates have to pay the first installment by the mandatory deadline of July 18, 2018 or they will automatically renounce their eligibility, regardless of their reasons or motivations for the delay, and their positions will be made available for other eligible candidates from the ranking list. In order to pay the first installment, please follow these steps: 1. Access www.studenti.unibo.it (the student must insert the username that he/she received through the application process). 2. Fill in the enrollment form (domanda di immatricolazione). 3. Upload a passport size photo.jpg 4. Complete the payment of the first tuition fee (the first installment rate) through: a. on-line, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express), even if the holder of the credit card is not the candidate; b. through any UniCredit Bank Agency using the appropriate payment code printed during the online registration (the list of Unicredit Bank agencies is available on the UniCredit website). Payments from different banks agencies are not allowed, neither through bank transfers nor postal offices. Once in Bologna and before the beginning of classes, enrolled students have to schedule an appointment with the Registrar Office through www.studenti.unibo.it in order to pick up their students badge at the Registrar Office (Segreteria Studenti) of the School of Economics, Via Zamboni 33-40126 Bologna. This step is mandatory in order to activate your students career and allow you to enroll to the exams and to all the activity provided by the Programme. Students holding a foreign diploma:

After completing the 4 steps described above and once in Bologna, students holding a foreign diploma have to schedule an appointment with the Registrar Office through www.studenti.unibo.it and deliver to the Registrar Office the documents listed at this page http://www.unibo.it/it/didattica/iscrizioni-trasferimenti-e-laurea/iscriversi-corso-di-laureamagistrale-con-titolo-estero Non-UE students have to deliver to the Registrar Office a valid permit to stay (permesso di soggiorno) or copy of the receipt of request. Students holding a foreign diploma must bring to the Registrar office all the original documents (included the BA diploma) or the DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT (if holding a European diploma). Students that are graduating between July 18 and October 31 2018 are enrolled under the condition of graduating by October 31 2018 and must deliver the appropriate graduate certification by the ultimate deadline of October 31 2018, or their enrollment will be void. IMPORTANT: - Candidates placed in the final ranking that do not pay the first tuition fee within the mandatory deadline July 18, 2018 will automatically renounce their eligibility, regardless of their reasons or motivations for the delay, and their positions will be made available for other eligible candidates from the ranking list. - Candidates included in the ranking list who decide not to enroll to CLAMDA-IM have to communicate it immediately to CLAMDA-IM Coordinator by email at Cristina.riccardi2@unibo.it attaching a photocopy of an ID card. 9) ENROLMENT FOR OPEN POSITIONS Upon the conclusion of the enrolment process, the places left available can then be filled through the established process for the rolling enrolment. Candidates who have been deemed eligible in the ranking may declare their willingness to be admitted Deadline for declaring willingness to be admitted 25/07/2018 1st enrolment for open positions: list of new admitted students 26/07/2018 and beginning of enrollment procedures 1 st enrolment for open positions Enrollment deadline 30/07/2018 On July 20 th 2018 after the enrollment deadline, the Registrar office will publish on www.studenti.unibo.it the number of available positions.

Candidates who have been deemed eligible in the final ranking who are willing to enroll to Clamda-IM have to confirm it by indicating it on www.studenti.unibo.it within July 25, 2018, entering the password and account received during the registration. IMPORTANT: those eligible candidates who do not indicate on Studenti Online their willingness to be admitted and enroll to Clamda-IM will be excluded by the rolling procedure and will lose their right to enroll. The list of the admitted students after the first rolling procedure will be posted on www.studenti.unibo.it by July 26, 2018. Admitted students after this first rolling procedure must complete their enrollment within July 30 2018, following the instructions described above (8 - ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE).
