What is Dual Credit? A Program that offers students an opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school. Upon successful completion of a Dual Credit course, a student will earn dual credit high school and college credit simultaneously. These courses provide advanced academic instruction beyond, or in greater depth than, the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for a corresponding high school course. During the school day Zero Hour Summer Opportunities Evening classes IF a student takes just one dual-credit course in high school, THEN they are twice as likely to enroll in college and to complete a degree within 6 years. * *Jobs for the Future

Richland College They are a growing campus with additional space and in the afternoons they have plenty of space available. We will be offering morning and afternoon courses at Richland College. English Comp 1 & 2 Government Economics Pre-Calculus US History CAD Accounting 1 & 2 Basic Animation Manufacturing Students wanting to take courses at Richland must choose to take two courses per semester. Tuition and most fees are still waived, however textbooks must be purchased by the student.
Delivers a yearlong University of Texas at Austin designed college experience, in a high school classroom Engages students with UT-designed content, including homework, exams, and projects to prepare them for college success Helps students build digital literacy skills by engaging them with the same technology tools UT-Austin students use. Provides the opportunity to earn three hours of college credit from The University of Texas at Austin guaranteed to transfer to any state institution
