This course is the first contact the student has with the field of the veterinary enterprise. GENERAL OBJECTIVES PCA 27 F 01 Ed.00 The general objectives of the subject are described below: Acquire basic knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the main concepts of the management of veterinary clinics, as well as understand the process of business management and its different phases. a. develop active management skills: Apply the knowledge acquired to define the objectives, analyze the environment and the company and make decisions. b. Improve other skills: Improve decision-making, planning, oral and written communication, teamwork, information search and analysis, and autonomous learning Develop attitudes: Critical spirit, positive attitude toward change, attraction for decision making.
