School Uniform Policy November 2018 The Adelaide Botanic High School uniform reflects the contemporary nature of the new CBD School and offers a range of proven selections for a variety of weather conditions and student needs. The uniform plays an important role in creating a sense of identify among students and the community whilst also supporting the safety and wellbeing of our students. Adelaide Botanic High School is a full uniform school with all students expected to uphold the school value of Community in their wearing of the correct school uniform at all times. All students attending Adelaide Botanic High School are expected to wear the uniform as prescribed in this policy. All items, with the exception of shoes, must be purchased from Campus School & College Wear, the official uniform supplier for the school. For 2019, matters relating to uniform purchase, financial hardship, cultural or religious needs, must be raised with the school leadership team. Parents can do this by contacting school: abhsinfo@sa.gov.au The following uniform has been decided upon and approved by the Adelaide Botanic High School Council in accordance with the Regulation under the Education Act. The school has the authority to enforce the uniform policy and may take appropriate disciplinary action when parents and students deliberately ignore reasonable requests to comply.
