The sales and pre-planning process was excellent. Our sales person Deborah was great to work with and very flexible with all our changes and patient with our questions. We were dissapointed, though, in the lack of variety offered... From the beginning of the purchase of the homes, there was false inmation given of the services we would receive. We found that those expectations were untrue, and there was a minimum oversight of the subcontractors. As the owner of the home, we were told that we could not contact the builder directly... Through this entire process we found ourselves coming back to the beautiful model at Miller and Smith and after looking at multiple homes we couldn't find anyone else that compared. It s like they just threw stuff together during construction and didn t fix items found during final inspection. Encouraged to close but once that was done, all repairs had to be done by someone else and I m still not satisfied. I am very satisfied with their work and was very happy with their professionalism. My home was ready bee the agreed upon due date. They are a good company. Just make sure you do the research. Excellent service. Professional and very good customer service provider. There are other builders in this new community but their cheap mass production (prefab walls) doesn't compare with the quality of workmanship that you get w/miller&smith. Pro home program is easy to understand and has great people both in the office and the people who do the repairs. We had some issues along the way, especially with being long distance. We moved from Nebraska, and we didn't see the house prior to buying it. That is where some things were misinmed, but Miller & Smith made up it. We had to add things that needed to be purchased, or thought to be purchased... Within the first three months we've had a leak in the kitchen window because the flashing wasn't installed correctly and the grading of the yard needs to be redone.
