Q.10. What is criteria/eligibility for taking admission in above courses? D.Pharm.: A pass in XII th examination or intermediate examination or the first year of the three year degree course or pre-degree examination or an equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Biology/ Mathematics in XII th examination or an equivalent examination.. Open school candidates are also eligible for admission. Candidates appearing / appeared in supplementary examination of XII th having result awaited may also apply. Rajasthan State/National Level entrance test qualified candidates shall be given preference for admission. B. Pharm.: Candidate shall have passed XIIth examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to XIIth examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M) and or Biology (P.C.B / P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects individually. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. Open school candidates are also eligible for admission. Rajasthan State/National Level entrance test qualified candidates shall be given preference for admission. B. Pharm. Part II (Lateral entry): A pass in D. Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act. M.Pharm.: At least 55 % marks (aggregate of 4 years/ 3 years for lateral entry admission) [50 % for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non creamy layer)/sbc (non creamy layer) of Rajasthan state] in B.Pharm. But such candidates, who have qualified Rajasthan State/National Level entrance test such as II T(Mains)/Test for B.Pharm. admission conducted by Rajasthan university of Health Sciences etc. at the time of applying shall be given preference in admission. Hostel is not available. College is situated in the heart of the city at Shastri Nagar and rooms are available on rent in nearby areas. Q.21. Is there any Uniform for these courses? A. Yes, students are required to wear prescribed uniform on all days. Q.22. Is there any book bank facility available? A. Yes, set of text books are provided to students of D.Pharm. and B.Pharm. from book bank free of cost. In addition to this, students are provided with I-card cum library card.
