(The cost of Form, Prospectus & Registration is Rs. 500/-) 2. Spot Admissions: The eligible students are required to submit all the Intermediate (10+2) certificates (original and photocopy of each certificate) along with the College Annual Fees during the spot admission process, failing which admissions will not be made. Admission will be made in the order of merit based on the aggregate marks secured by the candidates in the optional subjects & English (excluding II language). The selected candidates list will be displayed at 2.00 p.m. Selected candidates are required to pay the fees along with the original certificates on the same day (04.06.2015) between 2.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. failing which their admission will be cancelled. (Refer Eligibility criteria for Reservation Category.) Candidates are requested to maintain the percentage wise Date &Time schedule for the smooth conduct of spot admissions. 1

Eligibility For Admission Candidates seeking admission in 1 st year B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./BMS/B.Voc. Degree courses must have passed the Two-year Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh OR an Examination of any other University / Board recognized as equivalent by the Osmania University. CBSE & ICSE students have to pass English and four other subjects i.e a total of five subjects. The candidates who have passed +2 examinations conducted by Board other than that of A.P., CBSE & ICSE must produce Eligibility Certificate from the Board of Intermediate Education. The Admissions of such candidates will be finalized only after the submission of Eligibility Certificate. Admissions will be made in the order of merit based on the aggregate marks secured by the candidate in the optional subjects and English. The admission for the candidates will entirely depend on the aggregate marks scored in the Intermediate Board of Examination (IBE) (excluding II language). For candidates who have passed CBSE & ICSE the main subjects (excluding the II language, Fashion Designing, Arts & Craft, etc) will be considered as optional subjects. Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) Candidates seeking admission into BMS 1 st year should have obtained an aggregate of 70% marks in the optional subjects and English in the streams of Commerce, Science or Arts to be eligible to apply. Registration for Admission into BMS Candidates who are seeking admission into BMS are required to register their forms from 11 th May 2015 to 22 nd May 2015 by 3.00 p.m. There will be Group Discussion on 26 th May from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in Capitanio Hall (I Floor) Details of the Group Discussion will be given along with the form from 1 st May to 22 nd May 2015. 1 st list of the selected candidates will be displayed on 27 th May 2015 by 12 noon. Selected candidates (1 st list) are required to pay the fees along with the Original Certificates on 28 th May 2015 latest by 3.00 p.m. failing which their admission will be cancelled. Final list will be displayed on 29 th May 2015 and the payment of Fees along with the Original Certificates should be done latest by 30 th May 2015 before 12 noon. B.Com (General) Students securing 50% and above (in English & Optional Subjects) in the qualifying examination (Arts, Science & Commerce) are eligible to apply. 60% of the total number of seats available in B.Com. (Regular) shall be reserved for candidates who have passed the qualifying exam with commerce subjects and the remaining 40% shall be open to candidates with Science and Arts subjects. B.Com. (International Business) Students securing 60% and above (in English & Optional Subjects) in the Intermediate examination with (Arts, Science & Commerce) are eligible to apply. Students of CBSE/ ICSE securing 55% (in English & Optional Subjects) are eligible to apply. B.Com. (Professional) Students securing 60% and above (in English & Optional Subjects) in the Intermediate examination with Commerce Subjects are eligible to apply. Students of CBSE/ ICSE securing 55% (in English & Optional Subjects) are eligible to apply. 2

B.Com. (Computers) Students securing 60% and above (in English & Optional Subjects) in the Intermediate examination with Commerce are eligible to apply. Students of CBSE/ ICSE securing 55% (in English & Optional Subjects) are eligible to apply. B.Com. IPP (Integrated Professional Programme) A pass in the two year Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate or The Central Board of Secondary Education or an examination recognized and considered equivalent by the Osmania University, with any combination of subjects with a minimum of 65% marks in the optional subjects & English of the qualifying examination. In addition a pass in the CPT examination/ Foundation level of CW A/ CS will be given priority. Bachelor of Humanities & Social Sciences (B.A.) Candidates seeking admission to B.A.1 st year should have obtained an aggregate of 40% marks in the optional subjects and English in the streams of Science, Arts or Commerce to be eligible to apply Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Candidates seeking admission to B.Sc.1 st year should have secured an aggregate of 40% marks in the concerned optional subjects i.e. Physical Science, Biological Science/ Mathematics B.Sc. Honors (Software Engineering) Students who have completed Inter/ CBSE +2 and have secured 50% marks in the qualifying examination with Mathematics are eligible to apply. This course does not require any prior knowledge of computers. B.Voc. Degree (UGC) - Bachelor of Vocational Studies Retail Management and Information Technology Degree Course Candidates seeking admission to B.Voc. (RM & IT) should have secured an aggregate of 50% marks in all subjects to be eligible to apply. This course is open to students from all streams of Arts, Science or Commerce. Registration for Admission into B.Voc RM & IT Candidates who are seeking admission into B.Voc. RM & IT are required to register their forms from 11 th May 2015 to 22 nd May 2015 by 3.00 p.m. The Time and Date of interview will be displayed on 25 th May 2015 There will be Personal Interview on 26 th & 27 th May from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. 1 st list of the selected candidates will be displayed on 28 th May 2015 by 10.00 a.m, Selected candidates (1 st list) are required to pay the fees along with the Original Certificates on 28 th May 2015 latest by 3.00 p.m. failing which their admission will be cancelled. Important Notice In case of non-compliance to admission policy or non-eligibility of the candidate, the Management of the Institution has the right to cancel the admission of the particular candidate. Choice of the Course, Combination and Second Language once opted is final. Fees once paid is not refundable. However, those who leave due to extra ordinary, unavoidable reasons after their admissions upto 30 th June, 50% of the fees paid will be refundable. No claim for refund thereafter will be entertained. One Certificate Course is compulsory for all students during the 3 years of study. Students should complete the certificate course during the I & II Semester. Two IDE courses should be completed by every student during the III & IV Semester. For all Catholics & Christian students Bible Certificate Course is compulsory. Participation in the Annual Retreat all the 3 years and in all Christian Programmes in the College is mandatory. Every student is required to opt for NCC (or) NSS (or) Sports at the time of admission. The number of students who can enroll in NSS & NCC is 100 each, while the others will opt for sports. All the students are asked to complete the required 60 hours in NSS/NCC/ Sports during their first and second year of study. The requirements for - NSS : 1 Camp + 40 hrs of outreach programme. - NCC : 2 Camps + 40 hrs of NCC activities. - Sports : 1 certificate course in sports + 30 hrs of indoor games. All National players who represent the college are exempted from the Certificate Course, However with the due Payment The College dress code is Salwar Kamees. However jeans with long tops are allowed. Sleeveless and short tops are not permitted. Usage of Mobiles during the class hours and on the corridors is strictly prohibited. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RESERVATION CATEGORIES SC/ ST & BC Community, Nativity & Date of Birth Certificate for SC,ST, BC candidates as per G.O Ms. No.58, Social Welfare (J) Dept, dtd. 12.05.1997 issued by MRO should be submitted to the college at the time of admission. SPORTS Pre selection of the candidate for the sports quota shall be made in the following order. - Category 1 : Representing the Nation - Category 2 : Representing State - Category 3 : Representing the College at State/ National/ International Level. Candidate securing admission under this quota shall continue to participate for the College after getting admission. Physically Handicapped Candidates seeking admission shall submit Medical Certificate from appropriate Medical Authority as prescribed in the Govt. G.O.
