SUPERINTENDENT CONSENT AGENDA Be it resolved by the Board of Education of the Bath Local School District, a majority of its membership therein concurring with the recommendation from the Superintendent, that the following items be approved. A. Recommendation for Employment/Resignation The Board reserves the right to treat any offer of employment as withdrawn if the contract is not signed and returned within 10 business days of mailing. All employment is contingent upon proper certification and paperwork required for the position. All Bus drivers have met all Federal CDL ODE requirements for certification. TREASURER S REPORT Be it resolved by the Board of Education of the Bath Local School District, a majority of its membership therein concurring to review and approve. *No Items for action this month. X. SUPERINTENDENT S REPORT Be it resolved by the Board of Education of the Bath Local School District, a majority of its membership therein concurring to approve. A. Change to High School Calendar for 2016-2017 SY Recommendation to approve a change to the high school calendar for the purpose of administering the ACT test. 10.111 B. Rhodes State College Credit Plus Approve agreement with Rhodes State for College Credit Plus in 2017-2018 SY. 10.211

C. North Central Ohio ESC Audiology Services Approve the attached contract with North Central Ohio ESC for audiology services in the 2017-2018 SY. 10.311 D. School Bus Purchase Recommendation to accept the bid from Cardinal Bus Sales & Service, Inc. for the purchase of one (1) 2018 Bluebird 84 passenger transit school bus per bid tabulation. Bus Base Price $88,615 Extended Engine Warranty $1,900 Total $90,515

E. Northwest Ohio School Board Association Motion to pay expenses for administrators, honorees and up to two honoree guests to attend the Northwest Ohio School Board Association spring conference March 9, 2017 at Apollo Career Center. F. Indoor Track and Field Resolution Whereas Bath High School students desire to participate in the state level indoor track and field meet and; Whereas Indoor Track and Field is not recognized by OHSAA and not sponsored by Bath High School and; Whereas the Bath varsity and assistant varsity track coaches have volunteered to supervise this Indoor Track and Field Club Sport activity and; Whereas there will be no cost to the Bath Local School District for student participation in the state level indoor track and field meet; Therefore, The Bath Local School District officially recognizes Indoor Track and Field as a club sport for the 2016-2017 school year for the purpose of enabling qualifying Bath High School students to participate in the state Indoor Track and Field meet.

G. Impractical to Transport Due to the small number of students attending the Allen County Educational Service Center Special Education Units, the Findlay School for the Hearing Impaired, and The Center for Autism & Dyslexia, Bath Local Schools declares it impractical to transport by conventional school bus. Transportation will be offered through either Black & White Cab Company or contract with parents/legal guardian at a rate of $5.00 per day. (Students to be approved for transportation services are included in the attached list.) 10.711 H. Chaperones/Volunteers/Speakers/Volunteer Coaches for 2016 2017 SY This list is included for liability insurance purposes.
