AGE FOR ADMISSION A child wishing to enter mirambika in the Red group (Pre-School) for the session 2016-2017 should have completed 3 years as on 31st March of the year of admission i.e. the child should be born between 1 st April 2012 and 31 st March 2013. 1
Parents are requested to go through the website www.mirambika.org carefully in order to understand the aims and methodology of Mirambika Free Progress School, following the ideals of education of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo. Having done so please register only if genuinely interested. CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION 2016-2017 1. Neighborhood (60 points) List of Localities attached Required valid Documents for proof of residence: i) Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/ Father having name of child) ii) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents. iii) Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents. iv) Latest Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/water bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child. v) Aadhaar card/uid card issued in the name of any of the parents. 2. Sibling (10 points) - blood brother/ sister only, studying in mirambika. (Required Document Photocopy of recent fee receipt) 3. Alumni - (15 points) - if father or mother has completed class VIII from Mirambika School. (Required Document - Last School Leaving Certificate) 4. First Born (15 points) (Required Document - Declaration by parents at the time of admission) HOW TO APPLY: For candidates applying under General category: a. Forms to be filled only online on our portal https://mbk.net.in/admissions/. A link to the portal will be provided on school s website http://www.mirambika.org No physical form would be available. The entire process has been divided into three steps: i. Application form to be filled; once this is done, a Reference Number with Pin will be generated. Reference number and pin can be used to resume the process in case of any interruption. 2
ii. Scanned/digital copy of the following documents to be uploaded. Original documents will be checked in case your application is short listed for admission. 1. Student s Photograph 2.
